Safwaah began in a village kitchen. Our founder watched a gourd of buttermilk slow-cook into golden ghee and realised that the most honest food in Bangladesh was disappearing from city plates. We started Safwaah to bring it back – pure ghee, raw honey, cold-pressed mustard oil and real gur, delivered with nothing added and nothing hidden.
